It was pretty damn lame to mess with Romero's mythos. As for deaders who run, it may actually be possible because rigor mortis leaves the body within 3 days, but it would seem logical that those who just rose would be slow for 3 days, unless somehow the virus stopped rigor mortis. Even so, moderately fast deaders who sometimes tripped while moving swiftly would have been a more realistic scenario than those living dead track stars in the film. |
