    New Feature! YouTube embedded video

    Here At homepage of the dead you can now use youtube video's directly in your posts with the following tag:

    [youtube]ywSnld_fXpA[/youtube]

    which will result in:




    The code inside the tag's being the second part of the YouTube URL.

    for example, the URL to this video is

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=ywSnld_fXpA


    the code in red above is the code you use to put a video in your post

    I'm gonna go on record against Youtube.com

    Was watching a computer TV show and they were talking about the terms of service and revenue model for youtube.com. Currently the company is building up a huge media library. However with this huge expendure of capital there is no prospect for future profitability.

    Current theory is the company will go bankrupt in the near future. Under the youtube.com terms and agreements ALL content archived on their website can then be sold to another corporate entity.

    Essentially the investors will sit back for a year or so and let the content pile up. When it gets to a certain point they cash out, file Chapter 11, and sell the entire youtube.com catalog of archived videos to the highest bidder.

    Be careful about posting videos on the website.
