Well, after doing the Screwup Olympics, I figured it would be appropriate to do something in the opposite direction. Here, put together your "Dream Team" of heroes from the Romero zombie films. Make a team of FIVE members, and choose from the following: - Ben - Barbara - Tom - Judy - Helen Cooper - Peter - Roger - Fran - Sarah - McDermott - John (flyboy in Day) - Riley - Cholo - Slack - Pillsbury Last rules: 1. Transport: your team can use whatever they find, but there is NO helicopter currently on them, and Dead Reckoning does NOT exist. 2. Setting: THE MALL from Dawn. Let's see some good teams! Put together the greatest chance for survival...

Ben (1990) Barbra (1990) Roger Peter Sarah Those five could take, hold, defend and live in the mall - And I like all their characters & think that they were all capable folks who could've pulled together and got the job done. Nobody from Land is getting near my dream team, that idiot Riley would want to let the zombies in and see if they could all live in peace (star trek style) Cool thread Sandrock! Edit: Michael from Dawn 04 was one of the most level headed characters from any zombie movie...he deserves an honorable mention IMO.

riley sarah ben peter barbara (90) there's my five. i think they could hang onto the mall without much of a problem. riley's experience both scavaging and surviving in the outside world would be very useful. sarah's training as a doctor/scientist would, needless to say, prove useful for the inevitable sickness/injuries. barbara and peter are both tough enough to eat the boogers out of a dead man's nose. ben would be a nice fit with the rest of this team.

My own personal team would be: 1. Sarah: serves as a medic. 2. John: need a pilot, just in case. 3. McDermott: he's the only clearly-stated electronics guru in the entire saga. Might come in handy. 4. Pilsbury: he's a two-in-one. He's what you want in a soldier-type, and he also has implied auto skills, much like Roger. Reason I take him over Roger, is because he's less likely to go all nutso. 5. Peter: just because he's the most all-around badass in the whole saga. He's a staple of any team.

Peter Slack Riley John Ben(90) those characters have the best chance of survival and there'd be minimal bickering. plus they all have HUGE strengths whether it be driving,shooting or what have you. john's the level headed one who could fly dee whirley bird if one was found. slack would know the city inside and out peter has the SWAT experience so theres legitimacy if the world goes back to normal as he'd be a cop. riley's all business,nuff said and ben seems to be a survivor and does a hell of a lot better than most under pressure and thinks logically if he's gotta hole up somewhere. they'd find police cars en route to the mall and be safe for a long time to come.

Would I be allowed to deviate from the specified choices and go with Arnold Schwarzeneggers team from Predator? They could hold anything they take over AND destroy zombies for fun! If not them, then the A-Team. With either of these groups around, I wouldn't be forced to be reduced to crapping my pants and crying like a little girl!
