Zombie Lake

I just purchased Zombie Lake for $2. I'm pretty scared to watch it, though. Scared of being bored to death. I think I only bought it just to add another "zombie" film to my collection. From what I gather from a lot of you on here, it's a horrid movie. Anybody think it's really worth devoting an hour and a half of my precious time to?

Get some chums around and crack open some beers and laugh AT it - then it'll be fine. I got it on DVD for a fiver and I quite enjoyed it, I was in the mood for some cheesy Euro-Zombie movies. Also, the town leader bad guy type person looked like an older version of a friend of mine at uni at the time, so that was extra personal hilarity. Besides, there's plenty of Euro-Bewbs and muff flopping around underwater, it's worth it just for that ... and the green Nazi zombies.

If it is the Anchor Bay release, just remember that one version has T&A, and the other doesn't.

It's worth a laugh. For $2, sure. I think I paid $5 to rent it 15 or so years ago on VHS and I got my money's worth out of it. Make sure you laugh at the fact that the lake's underwater shots are obviously filmed in a poorly-disguised swimming pool.

It's certainly worth a watch--there aren't too many "Entire Women's Volley-Ball (was that the sport?) Team Gets Naked and Splashes Each Other in a Lake" scenes out there. I agree though, alcohol consumption and friends make it go down a lot easier.
