Odd "Night of the Living Dead" Lobby Card - Info Please

Hi Everyone, Very cool forum. As a former film student, and a fantasy and horror buff, I'm always happy to find a new resource. I found your site while searching for some info on what I believe is an original lobby card for "Night of the Living Dead" but the image doesn't match any that are a part of the set of 8. Does anyone here have any info on this one? Was it banned because of the gruesome image? Was it used for a foreign release? Is it not a lobby card? Or is it a fake?
