Finally an RN working in the ER (like before, but better more and a lot more responsibility). Written a bunch, but nothing published.

Things are good. I've changed careers, which has improved my life drastically, and I've started writing again. It wasn't a low profile; I just gave up the internet for awhile and sorted out my real life lol.
