To make a DIRECT addition to LOTD would be so un-Romero. The franchise has been fine without bringing characters back from other films. Hell, LOTD's characters aren't even worth bringing back.

I like to think that 30 minutes down the road the Dead Reckoning was tipped over and Slack,Riley and Pretty Boy were devoured by hordes upon hordes of zombies. This is then followed by 10 minutes of Charlie being torn apart and disemboweled,screaming in agony. YAY!
