Most likely, the reason he made them fast is because 28 Days Later was a hit and he wanted a hit as well. So he filled the movie with "top of the line" actors(by which that means the ones that people will go see a movie for) and he slopped them into a plot with nothing but a bunch of jolts for the audience. Thus giving Hollywood another "hit". |
