I did no such thing. The fundamental question is why do the characters need to be bitten. Why don't the dead rise, bitten or not? What was the logic behind the decision to play it this way? It served no purpose in the film other than to NOT have two characters reanimate after death. Seems to me this was actually giving the audience LESS of what we wanted. I don't particularly dispute the film's internal logic, I just question why on earth the filmmakers decided that this SHOULD be the internal logic.
