The movie is also known as "City of the Walking Dead", it's this great Italian-Spanish-Mexican Sci-fi horror action flick from the director of "Cannibal Ferox" about a radioactive spill that turns a plane full of passengers into deadly radioactive, cruddy faced vampire-esque bloodsucking, weapon weilding semi-intelligent zombie mutant beings that attack a large city and causes death and destruction but can only be stopped with a bullet in the head, a jouranlist with his wife flees the city.
This was the movie that inspired running zombies! it could be a possible influence on the "Dawn of the Dead" remake, i bet that when the writer of this movie wrote the script in early 2003 he must have seen "Nightmare City" then got the idea for running zombies for the flick. |
