Subject: RE: "Worldwide success" as a ripoff man......Date: Fri 16-Dec-2005, 17:05:11

.....does not make you talented. Human beings these days are easily entertained by fast paced movies that distract them form everyday life. Just because this Jackoff fellow has mastered the "quick fix" flick, does NOT mean he's talented. This also goes for people that think just because they can manipulate objects with their computers believe that they are "artists". They are not. Give the majority of the CGI geeks a paintbrush, some paints and a canvas, they will pout and stare into space becaue they have no clue how to create, they are used to cheating. I have proven this point at a local "Art college".

I see... so where is your original work of art? It's easy to sit in the safety of your home and slam someone else's vision, while not producing anything worthwhile yourself. Is this jealousy?

Direction means the act of directing something. Were you to direct the re-invisioned King Kong, would your movie fare as well? Who knows, but so far, how much money has your directing talent provided you?

As far as human beings being easily entertained by fast paced movies that distract them from everyday reality, what would the reason be that you reccommend people watch movies? As people wiser than the both of us have said, "Money talks and bullshit walks." You are slowly taking a long walk off a short pier.

So anyone that manipulates CGI is a geek, eh? Personally, I am amazed at the things being done with computers nowadays, and certainly wouldn't complain about their artistic talents in comparison with my own measly computer tech know-how. You're trying to take the old "I'm wiser than you all, 'cause I believe in the old ways" mentality, and are falling fall short of anything resembling reality.

Finally, your comment"...they will pout and stare into space becaue they have no clue how to create, they are used to cheating. I have proven this point at a local "Art college" seems to imply that you have spent long moments staring into space yourself. It also appears, taking your words in context, that you are a cheater as well.

As I said, Jackson (who brought us all the wonder that is Bad Taste) is right now, at this very minute, crying himself to sleep on a mattress full of cash. People aren't entirely stupid; if something is "that bad", do you honestly believe people would still flock to theaters and slap down $8.00 to see this film, especially on such a large scale?

Back to reality, Adrenochrome.
